Payment Plans

For a while now, payment plans have successfully been in place over the Christmas period. I am now offering this as a permanent way to pay for more expensive orders. These will now become available to custom orders over £50. Feel free to contact me should you wish to use this service, please only do so as a last resort.

Terms and conditions:
An active email address must be supplied for me to send receipts to.

Available on custom orders over £50. This is for one item only over £50, not a collection of orders which combined equal over £50.

Only available on one item at a time. This protects both you and me from getting carried away.

Should you wish to take up a payment plan I shall require a deposit to be paid up front, this covers material costs.

The deposit shall be NON REFUNDABLE once materials are purchased. As a grace period you shall have a week before I purchase materials in which to change your mind and request a refund of your deposit. Once again, once materials are purchased your right to a refund is void

Deposits must be paid via cash (if local), bank transfer or PayPal friends and family.

The remaining balance amount shall be discussed before ordering and the remaining amount split into equal payments weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly.

The balance remaining must be paid for over the course of 12 weeks.

I shall keep you updated at all times whilst making your product. This will be in the form of WIP (work in progress) photos, posted directly on the Little House Creates Facebook page.
This shall give you the opportunity to voice any concerns or issues you may see or have with the product.

Once you have finished making payments your items shall be sent out.

Refunds on custom orders (paid via payment plans) are not permitted at all. ·

Should an order not be paid for after the 12 weeks I reserve the right to resell the finished item. Please note that I will only resell if it becomes apparent that the finished product will not be paid for.

By entering into a Payment Plan, you are agreeing to all terns and conditions laid out.

By entering into a Payment Plan you agree to Little House Creates gathering personal data from yourself (personal email address)

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Payment Plan is in no way affiliated with, or endorsed by Facebook.

Social Media Terms and Conditions for giveaways

•The promoter is Little House Creates.
•The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
•Entrants must be old enough to participate based on Facebooks age minimum for a profile.
•There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
•By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
•Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Facebook.com/littlehousecreates.
•Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
•Closing date for entry will be [ POSTED ON THE GIVEAWAY POST ]. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
•No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The prize is as follows:
•The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
•Winners will be chosen within one day of the giveaway ending.The method of which will be decided apon by Emma Louise Crooks of Little House Creates.
•The winner will be notified by email, all entrants must agree to give out there personal email address for winner notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
•The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
•By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
•The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
